Monday- handfighting/ setups

Tuesday- elbow pass/ posting Hi-c attacks/Spar

Wednesday- single leg attacks/ situational Finishes/Spar

Thursday- re -attacking/ short offense/Spar

Friday- Review- hi pace drills, Situational Live wrestling
